Jason: What do you think of this flat？

Alice: It’s not really all that good. The bedroom is a little small for us.

Jason: Small but it should be enough for our needs, I think.

Alice: But there’s no hot water after 10 at night. Sometimes I like to have a hot shower before bed, especially in the winter. It feels good.

Jason: That’s true. But I love the living room.
