考研时间表达法
考研的时间表达法遵循以下规则：
年份表达
使用介词 `in` 表示某一年，例如：`in 1961` 读作 `in nineteen sixty-one`。
月份表达
月份首字母大写，使用介词 `in` 表示某个月份，例如：`in January` 读作 `in January`。
日期表达
使用序数词表示日期，前面加定冠词 `the`，例如：`the 1st of January` 读作 `the first of January`。
具体时间点表达
使用 `小时 + 分钟` 的形式，例如：`8:30` 读作 `eight thirty`。
半小时内的时间可以用 `分钟 past 小时` 表示，例如：`6:10` 读作 `ten past six`。
半小时之外的时间可以用 `（相差的）分钟 to （下一）小时` 表示，例如：`10:35` 读作 `twenty-five to eleven`。
如果时间是整点，可以直接读出小时数，例如：`12:00` 读作 `twelve o'clock`。
