A Visit to the Zoo

Today is Saturday. I had a great day today, because I visited the zoo. In the morning, my grandmother woke me up. After breakfast, my grandparents took me to the zoo. We went there by bus. There were many people in the zoo. We saw many kinds of animals. Some of them are lovely. But some of them are frightened. I am afraid of snakes. I like to go to the zoo, because I can see many animals.

When we got to the zoo, we first went to see the lions. The lions are so strong. Their mouths are too big. The tigers are next to them. They are from China. Look at the baby panda! It's climbing trees. How cute it is! I love pandas. Next, we go to see the monkeys. They are very playful. They swing and jump around. The giraffes are tall and have long necks. We fed the giraffes with some leaves. They ate very quickly.

We also saw many other animals like elephants, bears, and zebras. The zoo is very big and beautiful. There are a lot of trees and flowers. It takes a whole day to see all the animals. I had a wonderful time at the zoo. I want to go there again soon.
